Job summary

Lokalteez, a brand by Risegroupe Sdn Bhd, seeks an Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end store operations and optimize supply chain across multiple outlets in Malaysia. The role focuses on maintaining high service standards, managing inventory, and achieving growth targets.

You will lead a team, coordinate with sales, marketing and design, and drive efficiency with cost-saving initiatives while ensuring compliance and safety across all venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail/operations management.
• Willingness to travel to outlets across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations across multiple outlets to ensure standards and SOP adherence.
• Manage inventory flow, stock levels and product availability to meet sales demand.
• Monitor store performance via KPIs such as sales per store and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing and design teams for campaigns and promotions.
• Lead, train and support outlet managers and staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement operational improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, health & safety, and legal regulations.
