Job summary

Qualifications

• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.
• Have experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
• Be proficient in the local language, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and sustain top-performing sales and service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.
• Stay knowledgeable about Apple products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes; educate customers accordingly.
• Support peers by sharing knowledge about Apple’s products, services, and purchase options, and assist in offering ownership opportunities.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
