Job summary

Apple Inc. in Malaysia is seeking an Expert to deliver an only-at-Apple experience, focusing on selling products, offering services, and delivering exceptional customer engagement. You will mentor others and exemplify sales excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Stay up to date on Apple’s products and purchase options; educate customers on ownership opportunities and how to buy. Support peers, contribute to an inclusive team, and embody Apple’s values in daily work.

Qualifications

• Stay knowledgeable about Apple products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes; educate customers accordingly.
• Support peers by sharing knowledge about Apple’s products, services, and purchase options, and assist in offering ownership opportunities.

Description

Demonstrate and sustain top-performing sales and service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.Be knowledgeable about and proactively stay up to date on Apple’s products, services, purchase options and Product Zone sales processes.Support your peers throughout the store as needed by sharing knowledge about Apple’s products, services, and purchase options, and assist in offering ownership opportunities.Maintain accuracy and follow guidance.Perform other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting each other’s differences and having the curiosity to learn.Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• You should:
• Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
• Have experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
• Be proficient in the local language, both written and spoken.
