Apple Retail in Malaysia (Putrajaya) is seeking a Genius to blend deep hardware and software repair skills with a passion for helping customers. You will educate customers on repair options, perform repairs on Apple products, and elevate service quality across the store.

You will stay current on Apple products and repair procedures, mentor teammates, and collaborate with store leaders to resolve escalations.

Competenze

• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to visually inspect hardware and perform repairs.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service setting.
• Proficiency in the local language, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Support customers with Apple product or software issues with care and empathy.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on repair options and relevant ways to buy.
• Mentor Genius Bar team members and share knowledge with the store.
• Assist leadership in timely resolution to customer escalations.
• Perform other tasks including supporting customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences.
