Job summary

Apple Malaysia is seeking a Business Expert to help business customers succeed by connecting with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored Apple and third-party solutions. You will forecast needs and close sales while leveraging product knowledge and industry trends.

You’ll lead by example, sharing best practices with the Retail Business team and ensuring exceptional service across in-store and online channels.

Qualifications

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required by business needs.
• Experience in retail or sales and familiarity with Apple products and services.
• Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Establish and engage business customers by showcasing technology and solutions.
• Provide excellent service, identify needs, and educate customers on buying options.
• Serve as go-to expert on business solutions and mentor teammates on customer needs.
