Apple Inc. is seeking a Creative to deliver engaging Today at Apple sessions in our Malaysia retail store. You will help customers explore Apple products, set up devices, and connect their interests to the Apple ecosystem, while inspiring participation through live demonstrations and events.

You will use your presentation skills to educate guests, adapt facilitation to diverse learning styles, and contribute to an inclusive environment that reflects Apple’s values of accessibility and belonging.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail or sales, or related work.
• Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging Today at Apple sessions to encourage strong customer participation.
• Generate excitement and enthusiasm for Apple products and services through Today at Apple events.
• Create interactive customer experiences that help customers get the most from the Apple ecosystem.
• Support customers in setting up their devices and recommending suitable solutions.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values in daily activities.
