Job summary

Apple Retail is seeking a Business Expert in Malaysia to connect with business customers, identify opportunities, and provide tailored Apple-based solutions. You will forecast needs, close sales, and serve as a trusted advisor within the Retail Business team.

You’ll combine deep knowledge of Apple products with industry trends to deliver proactive service, educate customers, and foster long-term relationships while upholding Apple’s inclusive values.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales.
• Experience with Apple products, services, and solutions.
• Proficiency in the local language (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Establish and engage business customers by showcasing Apple technology.
• Help customers discover how Apple and third-party products can enhance their business.
• Proactively engage with and provide excellent customer service to Apple Retail Business customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services.
• Serve as the go-to expert on business solutions, and mentor the team on business customer needs and solutions.
• Collaborate in business sessions, briefings, workshops, and events by identifying offerings to fit customers’ business needs.
• Lay a foundation for long-term relationships between local business customers and Apple Retail through proactive engagement and tailored recommendations.
• Maintain accurate business customer contact and relationship information in the CRM app.
• Perform other tasks as needed, including customer service and support in your line of business.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning.
• Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
