Job summary

RHB Banking Group is looking for a sales-focused professional to solicit and promote ASB products in Selangor. The role involves achieving personal targets, planning proactive outreach, and engaging with new-to-bank customers.

You will also cross-sell PF, PF-i, and Credit cards while maintaining high customer experience and complying with bank policies. Experience in financial product sales and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote sales of ASB products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and support group targets.
• Prepare and execute sales plans using internal marketing and own leads.
• Set appointments and conduct visits with new-to-bank customers.
• Cross-sell retail banking products such as PF, PF-i, and Credit cards.
• Ensure a high standard of customer experience.
• Adhere to bank policies and protect brand image.
• Maintain compliant operations in day-to-day activities.
