Job summary

Uniqlo Malaysia is seeking a store associate to prepare the store for customers, greet shoppers, and assist with product knowledge and recommendations. You will actively maintain cleanliness and stock, serve as a product expert, and follow training plans to continually learn about our fashion items and services.

Ideal candidates are bright, well-groomed, fluent in English, and able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree or higher.
• Good command of English (communication, reading and writing).
• Flexible to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Customer oriented, team player and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
• Perform simple cleaning at merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish as needed.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer baskets.
• Assist customers with product information and advise on wearing items.
• Be the product specialist and follow training plans for self-learning.
