Job summary

Uniqlo Malaysia is hiring sales associates to welcome customers, present merchandise and assist with purchases in a fast-paced retail setting. You will learn product details, share fashion advice and ensure an exceptional shopping experience while maintaining store standards.

Successful candidates communicate well in English, work well in a team, and adapt to shift schedules including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree or above is required.
• Good level of English for communication, reading and writing.
• Flexible to work on shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Pleasant, well-groomed and enjoy interacting with people.
• Customer oriented, team player and proactive.
• Demonstrates integrity, discipline and honesty at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience and greet them with a smile.
• Perform light cleaning at merchandise fixtures, check stock and replenish as needed.
• Be a product specialist and advise customers on wearability and features.
• Follow company training plan and take initiative for self-learning on products and services.
• Take ownership of products under your responsibility and consult superior when in doubt.
• Respect the working environment and collaborate respectfully with colleagues.
