Job summary

Uniqlo Malaysia invites applications for a store associate role. You will prepare the store for customers, greet shoppers with a smile, assist with merchandise, stock checks, and help customers find items and wear them confidently.

You will learn product details and provide friendly service, acting as a product specialist under our training plan. Flexibility to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Required education: Diploma/ Bachelor Degree and above.
• Good in English (in terms of communication, reading and writing).
• Flexible to work on shift basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
• Pleasant, well-groomed, and enjoy interacting with people.
• Customer oriented, team player, and possess initiative.
• Have strong integrity, discipline, and honesty at all times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the store for customers' shopping experience.
• Check stock and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Greet customers with a smile and offer a basket.
• Assist customers with product and advise on wear.
• Be our product specialist and learn about products.
• Follow training plan and take initiative for self-learning on products and services.
• Check with supervisor when in doubt and take ownership of products.
• Understand selling points and suggest ideas to improve customer buying.
