Randstad Malaysia is seeking a dynamic professional to drive sales and lead generation for solar PV projects. The role involves end-to-end sales cycles, preparing compelling proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships with coordination across technical teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong negotiation, pitch, and account management skills with a basic technical understanding of energy solutions.
• Self-motivated target-achiever with the willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Responsabilités

• Sales & Lead Generation: Identify new opportunities, build a qualified sales pipeline, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle for solar PV projects.
• Proposal & Pitching: Conduct market research, prepare proposals, and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
• Account Management: Build long-term client relationships, negotiate agreements, and coordinate with technical teams to deliver custom energy solutions.
• Reporting & Visibility: Forecast sales targets, track BD performance, and represent the company at industry networking events and client visits.
