Job summary

You will lead end-to-end tender submissions, coordinate with engineering consultants, EPC partners and asset owners, and manage key external stakeholders to secure long-term PPA and commercial agreements, while driving

• Proven track record in solar/energy business development, including leadership of sales teams.
• Strong financial acumen, negotiation capabilities, and executive presentation skills.
• Proactive, commercially driven and agile in a fast-paced growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify, map, and pursue commercial, industrial, and developer channels to aggressively expand the group's solar project pipeline.
• Tenders & Proposals: Lead end-to-end tender submissions and RFP evaluations; coordinate with engineering consultants, EPC partners, and asset owners.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage and build relationships with external stakeholders including turnkey EPC contractors, off-takers, and regulatory authorities to secure approvals and long-term PPAs.
• Project Feasibility & Support: Drive early-stage technical assessments, financial feasibility modeling, and creation of high-impact pitch decks for strategic clients.

• Business Development: Identify, map, and pursue commercial, industrial, and developer channels to aggressively expand the group's solar project pipeline.

• Tenders & Proposals: Lead end-to-end tender submissions and RFP evaluations; coordinate seamlessly with engineering consultants, EPC partners, and asset owners.
