Job summary

Assetara Limited is seeking a Talent Scout to actively source, engage, and screen high-potential candidates for our remote growth in AI‑fintech. You will conduct 15–20 minute intro interviews, handle 2–3 first‑stage interviews daily, and maintain candidate records while complying with company policies.

This 100% remote role offers a base salary of $200 USD per month plus uncapped commissions and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with professional objections handling.
• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and tracking sheets.
• English written and spoken at least basic to intermediate level.
• Experience in cold sales, telemarketing, sourcing, or recruitment is an advantage; self-motivation essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct Sourcing & Outreach: Source candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, networks, and job boards.
• Candidate Engagement: Reach out, present Assetara opportunity, answer questions.
