Job summary

Assetara Limited is a remote/global AI-fintech company seeking a proactive Recruiter to help identify and engage qualified people for open positions within the company. The role involves sourcing candidates, presenting opportunities, and coordinating interviews to support international growth.

You will conduct first-stage interviews via Zoom or Google Meet, learn Assetara’s products and values, and maintain accurate recruitment records in the CRM while ensuring privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, sales, or talent acquisition is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach to candidate experience.
• Ability to use Zoom, Google Meet, job boards, and basic spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Working English for internal communication and recruitment materials; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to learn Company information thoroughly and communicate it accurately and responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Search for and engage potential employees through professional networks, job boards, social media, referrals, and other appropriate sourcing channels.
• Candidate Communication: Contact candidates professionally, explain relevant job opportunities using approved information, and answer general recruitment questions.
• Video Interviews: Conduct 2–3 structured first-stage video meetings per working day with potential employees via Zoom or Google Meet, subject to qualified candidate availability and agreed scheduling.
• Screening & Coordination: Assess experience, communication skills, motivation, and role fit; refer suitable candidates to the relevant hiring manager or next interview stage.
• Recruitment Records: Keep candidate information and interview feedback accurate in the Company’s approved tracking tools or CRM, in line with privacy requirements.
