Job summary

Cross Border Talents is expanding its global recruitment operations and seeks freelance recruiters specialized in hiring across Asia to manage end-to-end processes for multilingual and BPO roles. This fully remote opportunity allows you to work independently, earn competitive fees, and grow within an international network.

You will partner with hiring managers, publish regional opportunities, source candidates through social media and job boards, screen and interview, and build strong

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting within Asian markets (mandatory).
• Background in hiring for BPO roles (customer service, sales, marketing, etc.).
• Experience in sourcing, cold outreach, or sales-driven environments.
• Strong knowledge of local job boards, sourcing channels, and candidate behavior in Asia.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week.
• Fluency in English + additional Asian languages is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs across Asian markets.
• Publish and promote job opportunities on relevant regional platforms.
• Source and attract candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified profiles.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the Asian market.
• Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle until placement.
