Job summary

MKIT Holdings is expanding its global talent network and seeking experienced Talent Acquisition professionals to work as freelance remote headhunters. You will scout top-tier candidates for BD, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and PM roles across APAC, Europe, LATAM, and the Middle East.

Upload screened candidate CVs directly into internal recruitment system and support scheduling for candidates in the hiring pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven track record in recruitment/headhunting.
• Active networker on LinkedIn, Indeed, or local job portals.
• Able to commit 1–3 hours daily.
