Job summary

Cross Border Talents is expanding its global recruitment network and inviting freelance recruiters with strong Asia-market expertise to manage end-to-end recruitment for multilingual and BPO roles. This is a remote, flexible engagement requiring independence and the ability to handle multiple roles.

You will build pipelines, engage with hiring managers, and source candidates across Asia while earning competitive freelance fees and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting within Asian markets (mandatory).
• Background in hiring for BPO roles (customer service, sales, marketing, etc.).
• Fluency in English; additional Asian languages a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs across Asian markets.
• Publish and promote job opportunities on relevant regional platforms.
• Source and attract candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified profiles.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the Asian market.
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment cycle until placement.
