Job summary

Cross Border Talents is expanding its global recruitment team and seeking Asia-market Talent Acquisition freelancers.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for multilingual and BPO roles across Asia, work remotely, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers; English fluency plus Asian languages is a strong advantage; minimum 30 hours per week; competitive fees and a global network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting within Asian markets (mandatory).
• Background in hiring for BPO roles (customer service, sales, marketing, etc.).
• Experience in sourcing, cold outreach, or sales-driven environments.
• Fluency in English + additional Asian languages is a strong advantage.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs across Asian markets.
• Publish and promote job opportunities on relevant regional platforms.
• Source and attract candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified profiles.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the Asian market.
• Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle until placement.
