You will post jobs across channels, manage inbound applications, schedule interviews in multiple time zones, and record every interview for leadership reporting.

Qualificações

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction and professional on-camera presentation.
• Experience in candidate sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles.
• Home office setup with HD webcam, clear microphone, and reliable high-speed internet connection.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates and post jobs across free channels, job boards, and social media.
• Review resumes provided by the company.
• Schedule interviews across time zones via Email and WhatsApp.
