Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking freelance recruiters specialized in hiring across Asia to manage end-to-end recruitment for multilingual and BPO roles.

This is a fully remote, flexible engagement offering competitive fees within an international recruitment network. You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, conduct initial interviews, and guide candidates through the full recruitment cycle to placement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting within Asian markets (mandatory).
• Background in hiring for BPO roles (customer service, sales, marketing, etc.).
• Experience in sourcing, cold outreach, or sales-driven environments.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week.
• Fluency in English plus additional Asian languages is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs across Asian markets.
• Publish and promote job opportunities on regional platforms.
• Source and attract candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified profiles.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the Asian market.
• Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle until placement.
