Job summary

B&R Industrial Automation GmbH in Klang Valley, Malaysia, seeks a Senior Sales Manager for the Singapore region with a hybrid work model. You will proactively grow the OEM market, expand the customer base, and support SEA countries on demand, excluding Singapore.

You will lead strategic sales, tailor technical solutions to customer needs, negotiate deals with internal teams, and ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years progressive customer service or direct marketing experience preferably in electrical/automation industry.
• Strong communication and organization skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Grow B&R’s complete product portfolio by identifying and pursuing new and existing sales opportunities and developing strategies to expand the customer base.
• Understand customer requirements and market trends to define and develop technical solutions, conduct presentations, and negotiate deals in coordination with internal teams.
• Provide sales support to existing customers, introduce new products and trainings, follow up on orders, dispatches, payments and rental materials, and coordinate workflows to meet deadlines.
• Represent B&R at exhibitions, seminars and product demos, maintain Salesforce entries, track after-sales support and gather customer references.
