• Strong communication and negotiation skills; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales performance and revenue growth for the Malaysian market.
• Prospect and develop new B2B opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer acquisition and market penetration.
• Lead sales presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
• Provide direction, coaching, and support to the Malaysia sales team.
• Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to management.
• Work with regional Product and Operations teams to support customer needs.
• Support the hiring and onboarding of sales team members as the business grows.
