Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required in engineering or business.
• Minimum 10 years in multimillion-dollar complex solution selling with track record of closures.
• Strong relationships and account management capability.
• Ability to influence at all levels including C-Level management.
• Leadership to develop teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop prospects to achieve sales targets and growth.
• Lead consultative selling from enquiry to contract negotiation and handover to operations.
• Monitor prospects and provide regular forecasts.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement strategic business plans.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction.
• Plan strategies to win and coordinate solution development.
• Ensure proposals are reviewed with key stakeholders and commercially viable.
