The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 7–8 years in industrial sales, and 2–3 years in a leadership position, with expertise in industrial automation and related solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline is required.
• 7-8 years of industrial sales experience with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in Industrial Automation, PLC, IIoT, or related solutions.
• Strong network in relevant markets and OEM/Machine Builder segments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders as the primary account contact.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to drive upselling and retention.
• Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and activity reports via CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Technical, and other internal teams to meet customer requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve profitable outcomes.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to generate leads.
