Job summary

J-Recruit Recruitment Agency is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in machine vision and industrial automation. The role is remote, based from Penang or Klang Valley, with a monthly salary of RM10,000–RM18,000 and flexibility for the right candidate.

You will build senior relationships with system integrators, OEMs, and end users, navigate regional markets, and lead the sales cycle from opportunity to closure while providing technical guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical or B2B sales experience, ideally in machine vision, industrial automation, or capital equipment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for machine vision camera solutions across your assigned region.
• Build and manage relationships with system integrators, OEMs, and end users.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales pipeline.
• Provide technical consultation and product recommendations to customers.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
