Job summary

Pharmanovia in Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to manage the procure-to-pay cycle for pharmaceutical products and coordinate with global CMOs. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager for External Manufacturing, supporting demand forecasting, KPI reporting, data integrity and regulatory knowledge.

You will drive process improvements, collaborate with CMOs, distributors and IT to resolve issues and ensure GDP compliance while working in a remote arrangement that supports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science and CSCP/MBA certification.
• Experience in pharmaceutical supply chain management and integration.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support demand forecasting and customer services with reporting.
• Manage KPI data flows to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate acquisition projects and ensure timely delivery within budgets.
• Collaborate on MA ownership transitions and stock planning.
• Set up and validate master data in ERP for planning accuracy.
• Resolve supply chain issues and maintain GDP standards.
