The role requires 2–3 years in operations, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical, communication, and administrative skills. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• 2–3 years in operations or administrative roles.
• Experience in retail pharmacy or healthcare is advantageous.
• Strong inventory, planning, and supply chain knowledge.
• Excellent communications and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product costing, pricing, and profit margins.
• Update product master data, pricing, supplier info, and inventory settings.
• Update promotions, pricing adjustments, and campaign information.
• Manage rebates and voucher claims; ensure timely income.
• Check outgoing promotions in all materials for accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely goods receipt.
• Handle enquiries on product availability, pricing, stock transfers, procurement.
• Monitor stock levels and plan monthly replenishments.
• Prepare inventory, sales, and performance reports with data analysis.
• Collaborate to improve operational efficiency, inventory control, admin effectiveness.
• Manage operations under the supply chain department.
• Support ad hoc projects and continuous improvement.
• Read/write Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
