Job summary

R Pharmacy in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Supply Chain Assistant/Executive (Operation) to join our full-time team. You will optimise inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain the integrity of our supply chain processes to ensure product availability for customers.

You will work closely with warehouse and logistics, manage pricing and master data, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a busy retail pharmacy environment. Mandarin liaison with suppliers is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in operations or administrative functions.
• Experience in retail pharmacy, healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, FMCG, or retail is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product costing, selling prices, and profit margins.
• Update product master data, including item codes, descriptions, pricing, and supplier information.
• Manage promotional setups, pricing adjustments, and campaign information in the system.
• Handle rebate and voucher claims and ensure income is claimed timely.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely receipt and good condition of goods.
• Address enquiries from branches regarding product availability, pricing, stock transfers, and procurement.
• Monitor stock levels and plan monthly replenishment quantities.
• Prepare inventory, sales, and performance reports with data analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve operational efficiency and inventory control.
• Support ad hoc assignments, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
