Job summary

Terumo Asia Pacific in Malaysia is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to oversee order fulfillment, O2C processes, and inventory control within SCM, ensuring efficiency and cost-effective operations aligned with healthcare quality standards.

You will collaborate with BUs, suppliers, and 3PLs, manage SAP data, support budgeting, and drive continuous improvement through SCIP and SOP updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain management in regulated industry preferred.
• CSCP certification or training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics, O2C operations, and supplier POs to ensure on-time shipments.
• Monitor inventory, initiate cycle counts and manage consignment stock.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and distribution reports.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and SOP documentation.
• Maintain SAP/IBP master data and ensure regulatory compliance.
