Job summary

GoGlobal is seeking an AMER Onboarding Manager to lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new clients across the Americas. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure data setup and BAU handover are completed to deliver quick value.

You will drive client success through proactive communication, risk management, and process improvements in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, administration, IT, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, project management, or customer success.
• Experience managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end client onboarding and implementation projects across the Americas region.
• Develop onboarding plans, project timelines, and implementation schedules to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Payroll, HR, Technology, Finance, and Customer Success throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and ensure onboarding milestones are achieved.
• Oversee the data/setup of client, employee, payroll, and entity data across internal platforms and systems.
• Validate onboarding documentation and coordinate data migration where applicable.
• Coordinate a structured handover from implementation to BAU delivery teams.
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and effective project management.
• Deliver a positive onboarding experience while reducing timelines and accelerating time-to-value.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and tools.
