Job summary

GoGlobal is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager of Account Management – APAC to oversee a portfolio of multinational clients across APAC and global markets, delivering strategic guidance and ensuring exceptional client experiences. You will drive renewals, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with Legal, HR, Payroll, Accounting, Tax, and Compliance teams to provide effective solutions.

The role is client-facing and requires a proactive, consultative approach to expand GoGlobal's services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, Commerce or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in account management, portfolio management, customer success or related roles.
• Experience managing multinational client portfolios across countries/jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of EOR, global employment solutions, payroll, accounting, tax, corporate compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of multinational clients across APAC and global markets.
• Build client relationships and act as a trusted advisor with high satisfaction and retention.
• Develop account plans aligned with clients' objectives and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Payroll, Accounting, Tax, Finance, Compliance, Operations, Customer Success teams.
• Provide strategic guidance on international expansion and workforce solutions.
• Lead business reviews and stakeholder meetings on performance and priorities.
• Drive renewals, upselling, cross-selling and scope expansion across GoGlobal services.
• Monitor risks and resolve escalations promptly.
