Job summary

Remote seeks a Specialist in our Onboarding Operations team within EOR Operations, to enhance the onboarding journey for clients' new employees worldwide. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, async environment where your insights drive real change and scalable processes.

You’ll report to the Manager, Onboarding Operations, collaborating with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to ensure compliant, efficient onboarding across a global customer base.

Qualifications

• Extensive operations experience in people operations or HR.
• Experience with employment contracts and legal documents.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, async environments.
• Strong teamwork and ownership mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding journey for new employees with compliance focus.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle and resolve queries.
• Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams.
• Continuously improve onboarding processes and automation opportunities.
• Manage and secure employee data with confidentiality.
• Support compliance initiatives and data integrity projects.
• Drive automation to scale onboarding efficiency.
