Job summary

Remote is seeking a Specialist in Onboarding Operations to enhance the onboarding journey for our global employees across the world. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, async environment and report to the Manager, Onboarding Operations.

You will own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, work with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams, and drive automation and data-driven improvements in a fast-paced remote team.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in people operations and employment contracting.
• Proficiency with employment contracts and HR documents.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional or startup environments.
• Strong collaboration and ownership mindset.
• Excellent business English communication.
• Familiarity with async collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding journey with a focus on compliance and documentation.
• End-to-end ownership of the onboarding lifecycle and employee queries.
• Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle and Payroll teams.
• Seek and implement improvements for onboarding processes.
• Manage and secure employee data with confidentiality.
• Support audits and data integrity initiatives.
• Identify and drive automation opportunities to scale onboarding.
