Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a People Transition Manager to lead the APAC People Workstream, driving the design, execution, and monitoring of HR transitions for complex projects.

The role requires coordinating staffing, onboarding, and compensation discussions across global teams. You will monitor progress with Smartsheet and Power BI, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely hiring and onboarding of personnel from outsourcing providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• PHR designation preferred.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and lead the People Transition and Integration plan for various projects as the People Project Manager.
• Coordinate and manage People resources to support HR transition processes and staffing needs.
• Manage multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective transition and hiring activities.
• Engage in solutioning workshops and regular calls to support transition planning.
• Monitor transition and hiring activities using Smartsheet and Power BI, identify risks, and report in weekly meetings.
• Recruit, transition and onboard employees from outsourcing clients and coordinate with client/service providers.
