Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide remote Level 1/2 IT support for end users and to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

You will support Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, end-user devices, and manage user accounts in Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Active Directory. The role requires a IT-related degree and ITIL certification, with strong communication skills and independence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or End User Computing (EUC) support.
• Possess an ITIL Foundation Certification
• Strong Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Windows 10/11, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows PCs, laptops, printers, and common office applications.
• Experience supporting cloud-based environments is an advantage
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1/2 IT support for end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Support Microsoft Windows, Office, and end-user devices.
• Manage user accounts and access in Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
• Administer Active Directory and cloud platform access.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with users and stakeholders.
