Job summary

Aventra Group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is hiring an End User Support Engineer to provide frontline and second-line technical support across desktop, cloud, network, and collaboration platforms, with emphasis on Microsoft 365 administration. The role requires strong Windows 10/11 support, AD and policy knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot connectivity and cloud services, especially Azure.

You will work with cross-functional teams and contribute to knowledge base.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of EUC/Service Desk/Desktop Support experience.
Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, AZ-900, MD-102 are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 end-user support for devices and services.
Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Manage user accounts, access, mailboxes, and licenses.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, mobile, printer, and peripheral issues.
Support Windows 10/11 and AD with Group Policy.
Handle incidents and requests through ITSM per SLA.
Assist onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning.
Troubleshoot basic network issues (VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
Collaborate with Cloud, Network, Security teams to resolve issues.
Participate in after-hours support if required.
