Job summary

Nufarm Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Level 2 End-User Computing support specialist to assist regional and global workforce remotely. You will act as escalation for endpoint, identity, and collaboration issues, working with L1/L1.5 teams and Senior L2 Engineers as needed.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting Windows 10/11 devices, Microsoft 365 services, Intune management, Entra ID and AD accounts, plus supporting Exchange Online and Teams telephony.

Qualifications

• Approximately three to five years of practical IT service desk or end-user computing experience.
• Hands-on experience providing Level 2 support within a Microsoft 365 environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as regional Level 2 escalation point for end-user computing incidents and requests.
• Troubleshoot endpoint, application, messaging, collaboration, connectivity and identity-access issues.
• Support Windows 10/11 endpoints and Intune-managed devices.
• Guide L1 and L1.5 teams remotely and provide coaching.
