You will manage Australian import shipments, review documents, coordinate with overseas partners, monitor customs clearance, and deliver timely updates. Requires 2+ years in freight forwarding and good English; Mandarin/Cantonese helpful.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on freight forwarding operations experience.
• Diploma or Degree preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage Australian import shipments from pre-alert to final delivery.
• Handle sea freight FCL/LCL and air freight imports.
• Review shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, origin certs).
• Coordinate with overseas agents, lines, airlines, brokers and DAFF/biosecurity.
• Monitor customs clearance, inspections, treatments and cargo availability.
• Arrange deliveries and monitor detention, demurrage, and storage risks.
• Provide proactive shipment updates to customers and resolve issues.
