Job summary

LINKTAL SDN. BHD. is seeking a logistics professional to manage export and import operations within international freight, coordinating bookings, documentation, and customs clearance across time zones.

The position is based in Malaysia with APAC exposure and offers a salary up to RM7k per month, 20 days annual leave, medical insurance, and a 1–2 month bonus contingent on annual review. Mandarin speakers will be highly regarded for liaison with overseas agents.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in freight forwarding (Import/Export)
• Mandarin speakers will be highly regarded to liaise with overseas agents.

Responsibilities

• Handle export and import operations, including booking arrangements, documentation, and coordination for customs clearance and delivery, within assigned accounts or trade lanes.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and customs documentation, along with shipment tracking records and billing support.
• Monitor shipment schedules, follow up with carriers and service providers, and ensure timely updates on shipment status.
• Liaise with customs brokers, shipping lines, third-party vendors, overseas agents, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination across time zones.
