Job summary

C.H. Robinson in Malaysia is seeking an Ocean Import Operation Executive to support Australian operations from our Malaysia office. You will coordinate shipments, billing, and data accuracy while aligning with Australia business hours to ensure service delivery.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least two years of Global Forwarding experience (Ocean Import preferred), and proficiency in Microsoft Office. English fluency is essential, with a degree in related fields preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of Global Forwarding experience, preferably Ocean Import operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence from PO through cargo delivery.
• Input financial components to generate correct customer billing.
• Coordinate shipments to meet SOP requirements (booking approvals, pre-alerts, invoicing).
• Create and update shipments in Navisphere with accurate data.
• Provide quotes based on customer needs and network.
• Offer track and trace services and generate shipment documents.
• Ensure data integrity of shipment details, INCO terms, dates and documents.
