Job summary

DiLegno Flooring Australia is seeking a capable Remote Office Manager to coordinate day-to-day operations from Malaysia, working closely with our Australian-based manager on site operations, client relationships and business development. The role operates like a local Australian office; the main difference is that you will work remotely from Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle daily English phone calls, text messages, emails and client communication.
• Manage project documentation, quotations, purchase orders (POs), variations and electronic records.
• Coordinate with supervisors, suppliers and installation teams, including material orders, site scheduling and construction progress.
• Record multiple material purchases and expenses, and maintain project summaries, invoices, costs and subcontractor payment records.
• Develop standardised workflows and SOPs, using Google Workspace and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Proactively follow up outstanding matters and prepare issues requiring decisions from the Australian manager.
