Job summary

LEGEND DECORATION (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a site-based project coordinator for interior fit-out works in Kuala Lumpur. You will plan, coordinate, and execute projects on site, ensuring timely completion and quality while liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, managing on-site supervision, reading CAD drawings, and assisting BOQ/tender preparation. Occasional overseas assignments of 3–6 months may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out or related industries.
• Experience in interiors, Mechanical and Electrical sectors is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute interior fit-out projects on site.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans with project managers.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors on site.
• Conduct site audits and measurements to monitor progress.
• Liaise with clients and consultants to resolve issues.
• Supervise on-site works ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Assist in preparing BOQ, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Read and interpret CAD drawings to guide execution.
• Travel overseas for 3 to 6 months assignments as required.
