Job summary

Lam Research in Penang is seeking an experienced Business Ops Manager to join Order Execution and Order Management. This critical role partners with Spares Planning management and leads business operations, financial reporting, and operational excellence for the Global Spares Planning team.

The Manager will independently drive complex projects in a matrix environment, presenting KPIs to Global Operations and guiding team members to meet stretch targets. Hybrid on-site/remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in related field.
• 10 years of progressive experience in a similar role.
• 5 years in a leadership role with experience in operational functions such as Order Fulfillment, Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of group objectives (Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plans).
• Provide leadership and accountability for Global Spares Planning performance using measurements and accountability systems.
• Ensure efficient operational processes delivering predictable stretch results.
• Drive data capture, analysis, and compliant decision-making across multi-functional teams.
• Model Lam Management System usage and escalate to achieve goals promptly.
