Job summary

Globibo Group in Kuala Lumpur is hiring an Account Project Manager to drive Malaysia growth, respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and expand our client base in translation, interpretation and training services. This remote-friendly role offers co-working space access and close collaboration with the Director Sales or Operations.

You will nurture VIP contacts, convert opportunities, manage projects and events, and coordinate with partners and product teams to improve offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing/ Business Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B) or project management.
• MUST have knowledge in Event Technology.
• Great communication skills, Fluent English required (written and speaking) to communicate with global clients.
• Ability to identify and address the specific needs of each individual customer.
• Highly motivated & Independent with an eye for detail & analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries, provide quotations / proposals
• Follow up on converting and extending quotations
• Keeping contact health for VIPs in green (+5 contacts monthly)
• Regularly reach out to all contacts in Account to keep mindshare
• Effectively increase revenue from existing clients
• Leverage existing contacts to identify new Leads in the account
• Company introduction to new Leads
• 50% Project & Product Management
• Determine & document project scope with Customers
• Manage Customer Interaction and Change Management
• Follow up on Customer / Student Feedback
• Identify and contract required partners for service delivery
• Manage projects/events at location
• Develop, Customize and/or Improve marketing material for platforms and services
• Identify Partner for strategic / scalable growth
• Follow up with product development team on product improvements
