Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur) seeks a Helpdesk/Admin Analyst to deliver client-facing services as part of Remote Site Management within the Portfolio Services Centre. The role provides remote operational support and facilities coordination across the APAC region, following established processes and systems aimed at consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Must have 1-3 years facility management and remote site operational exposures.
• Advanced skills in MS Office such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.
• Must be internet savvy with advanced IT skills for remote communications.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules as well as holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operations Support - supports the planning and delivery of remote site services across the APAC region while improving processes and management systems.
• Administrative & Process Support - maintains documents, ensures compliance, manages reporting cycles, and delivers training.
• Financial & Invoice Support - assists procure-to-pay operations, manages purchase orders, invoices, and payment tracking with Finance.
• Operational Excellence - identifies risks, resolves issues with cross-functional teams, ensures compliance and improvements.
• Collaboration & Cross-Support - works across teams to deliver seamless support and ensures consistent service standards.
