Cross Border Talents is expanding its global recruitment operations and seeks an Asia Market Talent Acquisition Freelancer to join the team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for multilingual and BPO roles across Asian markets, working remotely and autonomously.

The ideal candidate has proven experience recruiting in Asia, knowledge of regional job boards and sourcing channels, and can dedicate at least 30 hours per week. English fluency is required; additional Asian languages are a plus.

Formación

• Proven experience recruiting in Asian markets (mandatory).
• Background in hiring for BPO roles (customer service, sales, etc.).
• Experience with sourcing, cold outreach, or sales-driven environments.
• Fluent English; additional Asian language skills are a strong advantage.
• Available for at least 30 hours per week; able to work remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs across Asia.
• Publish and promote opportunities on regional platforms.
• Source candidates via social media, job boards, and networks.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist qualified profiles.
• Manage candidates through complete recruitment cycle to placement.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines in Asia.
• Work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Are you an experienced recruiter with a strong network and deep understanding of the Asian market? We are expanding our global recruitment operations and are looking for freelance recruiters specialized in hiring across Asia to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multilingual and BPO roles.

This is an opportunity to work independently, earn competitive fees, and grow within an international recruitment network.

• Partner with hiring managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs across Asian markets
• Publish and promote job opportunities on relevant regional platforms
• Source and attract candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks
• Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified profiles
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the Asian market
• Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle until placement
• Proven experience recruiting within Asian markets (mandatory)
• Background in hiring for BPO roles (customer service, sales, marketing, etc.)
• Experience in sourcing, cold outreach, or sales-driven environments
• Strong knowledge of local job boards, sourcing channels, and candidate behavior in Asia
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week
• Fluency in English + additional Asian languages is a strong advantage
