Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Asia Market Talent Acquisition Freelancer to manage end-to-end recruitment for multilingual and BPO roles across Asia. This fully remote opportunity requires a recruiter with strong regional networks and independence to handle multiple roles.

The role offers performance-based fees, remote flexibility, and the chance to scale activity within an international recruitment network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting within Asian markets (mandatory).
• Background in hiring for BPO roles (customer service, sales, marketing, etc.).
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week.
• Fluency in English + additional Asian languages is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs across Asian markets.
• Publish and promote job opportunities on regional platforms.
• Source and attract candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified profiles.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the Asian market.
• Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle until placement.
