Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a freelance Talent Acquisition professional specialized in Asia to manage end-to-end recruitment for multilingual and BPO roles. You will partner with hiring managers across Asian markets, publish opportunities on regional platforms, source candidates through social media and job boards, and conduct initial interviews.

This independent, remote role offers competitive fees and an international network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting within Asian markets (mandatory).
• Background hiring for BPO roles (customer service, sales, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week.
• Fluency in English; additional Asian languages is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs across Asian markets.
• Publish and promote job opportunities on regional platforms.
• Source and attract candidates through social media, job boards, and networks.
• Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified profiles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines within the Asian market.
• Manage candidates through full recruitment cycle until placement.
