Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Talent Acquisition Freelancer for the Asia market to manage end-to-end recruitment for multilingual and BPO roles. This fully remote, freelance role requires independence, a strong Asia-wide network, and the ability to handle multiple roles with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.

You will partner with hiring managers, publish roles on regional platforms, source candidates, screen, interview, and build pipelines across Asian markets, enabling placements

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within Asian markets (mandatory).
• Background in hiring for BPO roles (customer service, sales, marketing, etc.).
• Availability of at least 30 hours per week.
• Fluency in English; additional Asian languages is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify ongoing recruitment needs across Asian markets.
• Publish and promote job opportunities on relevant regional platforms.
• Source and attract candidates through social media, job boards, and professional networks.
• Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified profiles.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within the Asian market.
• Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle until placement.
